Where do I personally stand in the process of letting go and growing older? Where do I stand in the process of transformation in my role as a business leader?

The WIFU@SenGen support group is aimed at family members who are ready to hand over the reins. At face-to-face meetings held twice a year, participants reflect on the challenges of letting go of their previous roles within the family business or the entrepreneurial family. Participants bring to the meetings the personal and existential issues that are currently on their minds. These are then addressed in depth through „peer-group coaching“.
