CONTENTS
Company succession is one of the most demanding tasks in family businesses. In particular, daughters are increasingly taking on responsibility today and actively shaping the generational change. At the same time, their succession paths are often characterised by particular expectations, role models and family dynamics. The event highlights the challenges, opportunities and success factors for daughters in company succession and combines scientific findings with practical impulses. The focus is on the exchange of experiences and reflection on one's own succession situation in order to gain new perspectives and suggestions for shaping a successful generational transition.
Date and LocationThe event will take place on 10 September 2026. Region: PLZ area 67. The exact address will be provided upon confirmation of registration.
PARTICIPANTS:Members from family businesses and entrepreneurial families. The event format provides for an informal exchange, therefore the number of participants is limited. Registrations from patrons of the WIFU Foundation will be given preferential consideration.
