Dispute resolution
The European Commission has set up an online platform for the resolution of disputes (known as the ODR platform). This platform can be accessed via the link www.ec-europa.eu/consumers/odr. The WIFU Foundation is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and general legislation. However, pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we, as a service provider, are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, nor are we obliged to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
