Fabian Simons has been supporting the WIFU since 2023 as a Senior Research Fellow in scientific publications and in establishing a cooperation project with a university in Switzerland (HWZ University of Applied Sciences Zurich). After studying Economics at the Bergische University of Wuppertal, he earned his doctorate on the topic “Trustee mentality in dynastic entrepreneurial families” at the WIFU Foundation Chair for the Organization and Development of Entrepreneurial Families with Prof. Dr. Heiko Kleve. Simons lives and works in Lucerne (CH) and is professionally employed at abfallboerse schweiz.ch AG, a consulting company specializing in data management in the waste disposal sector for large companies and institutions. His research interests include transgenerationality and related learning in dynastic entrepreneurial families.
