Jennifer Wulfes has been a research associate at the Witten Institute for Family Business in the “Family Entrepreneurship and Innovation” research area since October 2024. Her doctoral research focuses on the next generation and succession in family businesses. Her own experience as NextGen of a second-generation family business in particular shapes her interest in the topic of business succession. She previously completed her Master’s degree in Management & Engineering at Leuphana University Lüneburg in October 2023, after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering at Leipzig University of Applied Sciences.
