Johanna Wichmann has been working part-time as a research assistant at the WIFU-endowed chair for Organisation and Development of Business Families since 1 February 2022. In addition, she supports Prof. Dr Hunger-Schoppe’s chair of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy III in the project ‘Mental Health in Business Families’ as a doctoral student/50% scholarship holder. She completed her Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology with a focus on clinical psychology and psychotherapy at Witten/Herdecke University. Prior to that, she completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology and psychotherapy at UW/H as well as various internships in the field of psychiatry and psychotherapy.

• Systemic reflection of business families and family businesses
• Systemic research methodology: family and system diagnostics
• Master’s thesis on systemic therapy and its effect on social relationships
• Effectiveness research of systemic practice, especially psychotherapy
