Reaffirming our commitment to practice-oriented research, we once again awarded the „Best Paper Contribution to Practice Award“ at IFERA 2025. The international conference took place from June 10–13, 2025, in Zadar, Croatia, under the central theme: „Ownership, Purpose & Relationships. A human-centric view on family firms.“

With this award, we honour scholarly work that provides practice-relevant insights for family businesses and business families.
