The Business Family and its Family Strategy
How do German family businesses shape the relationship between family businesses and business families? This study examines the status quo of family strategies in business families. The objective of this research project is to discover which family strategy elements are currently being used, when and by whom they were introduced and, above all, what purpose they primarily serve. Furthermore, the study also aims to shed light on the form in which the existing family governance is implemented and lived by the business family and whether it fulfils its intended purpose.
