Behavioral and Cultural Aspects of German Family Firms Internationalizing to China and India
Language, Culture, Network: Only those who take such specific circumstances into account will become established in foreign markets. For that purpose, economic efficiency is only one of the various factors facilitating a successful market entry. Based on the analysis of 31 case studies, the authors outline the framework conditions that must be considered for a successful process of internationalization. Besides, they illustrate those prevailing market characteristics which may be of particular benefit to family businesses.
