Female Successors: The Exception rather than the Rule
In family businesses, women in management positions are no longer the exception, as a growing number of female entrepreneurs are able to combine family and work. But can such a breakdown of classic family structures become the norm? How can the expectations and behaviour patterns established over generations in corporate succession be overcome, and how can they be adapted to the female succession situation in a sustainable manner? This study on female succession is dedicated to these and other questions.
