How can the next generation prepare to take over the family business? – The WIFU is continuing its lecture series on May 15th with an English-language talk by Isabel C. Botero.

Family businesses strive to maintain both the company and the family across generations. Factors such as succession planning, business success, and quality of intra-family relationships can play an important role in this. But to ensure continuity of both family and business, one thing is crucial: the willingness and ability of the next generation to take on leadership.
In the context of the WIFU lecture series “Between Rigour & Relevance”, Isabel C. Botero will provide an overview of current insights and open questions on this topic.
