STEP PROJECT


The STEP PROJECT Global Consortium is an initiative to research entrepreneurial practices in family businesses. World leaders from leading academic institutions and business families engage in research, teaching and practice-oriented activities to develop solutions that are directly applicable to family entrepreneurs. With the aim of conducting top-level research that can be connected, the STEP project offers best-practice solutions to support business families across generations.

WIFU is a founding member of the STEP project. The institutional affiliation of WIFU is headed by Professor Thomas Clauss, together with the other members Dr. Wunnam Basit Issah, Muhammad Anwar and Marc Scheffler. The WIFU team is currently involved in several research projects based on quantitative and qualitative STEP data.
