Junior Professor Dr. Anne K. Heider is Co-Director at the Witten Institute for Family Business (WIFU) and heads the research area “Family Entrepreneurship and Innovation”. In her teaching, research and consulting activities, she deals with the NextGen, innovation behavior and business models of family businesses. She also supports entrepreneurial families in family strategy development processes and NextGens in the challenges of succession processes.
