Prof. Dr Caroline Heil has been a professor at IU International University since November 2023. Before that she joined the WIFU in January 2023 as a senior researcher for the research project ‘Lifestyles and Socialisation in Business Families’. In July 2022, she completed her doctorate with Prof. Dr Heiko Kleve on the topic ‘Child Resilience in Business Families – An Empirical and Socialisation-theoretical Localisation’. Since 2022, she has been a lecturer at the Fliedner University of Applied Sciences in the Department of Social Work. From January 2018 to December 2022, she worked as a social pedagogical family support/culturally sensitive family support and family therapist at Diakonie Düsseldorf.
