Mr. Muhammad Anwar is a Ph.D. Scholar at the Witten Institute for Family Business at Witten/Herdecke University since December 2020 and he is conducting research on the topic “Business Model Innovation in Family Firms”. In addition to academic awards, he also contributed to national and international research projects and published several research articles in peer-reviewed journals. His research areas of interest are Business Model Innovation, SMEs’ internationalization, Family businesses, and sustainability practices. Anwar has completed his Master of Management Sciences from International Islamic University Islamabad, Pakistan, where he worked on a project titled “Role of Entrepreneurial Orientation, Generic Competitive Strategy in Emerging SMEs”. Prior to that, he did graduation in Business Studies from the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar.
