Prof. Dr Rudolf Wimmer has been supporting the WIFU as an adjunct professor since 2004. In addition, he has been a managing partner of osb international Consulting AG in Vienna since 1988. A founding professor of the WIFU, Dr Wimmer held the chair for Leadership and Dynamics in Family Businesses from 1999 to 2004. From 2012 to 2016, he was vice president of Witten/Herdecke University. Dr Wimmer studied law and political science, political science and philosophy at the University of Vienna. He obtained his habilitation in the field of group dynamics and organisational consulting at the University of Klagenfurt.
