Tanja Steinbrecher has been an executive assistant at the WIFU Foundation since November 2022. Previously, in 2019, she strengthened the secretariat of an institute director at the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics IML in Dortmund as a research assistant. In doing so, she was able to gain in-depth knowledge and skills in assistance. In addition to general office duties, her responsibilities included creating presentations, organising trips and preparing travel documents as well as researching literature. She also helped with the organisation and implementation of events.

She completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in management and economics at the Ruhr University in Bochum. During her studies, she worked as a student and research assistant at an institute of the Technical University of Dortmund, where she was mainly responsible for archiving and literature research.
