Research project “Crossing the crisis”

“Crossing the crisis” – this research project was initiated by a group of globally active family business researchers in cooperation with the IFERA (International Family Enterprise Research Academy). Prof. Dr. Tom Rüsen is a representative of the WIFU involved in the research project. In a study, the international research team examined the challenges and uncertainties that family businesses face in the Corona crisis. First insights from the global survey “COVID-19: Best Practices in Family Businesses” were summarized on the following poster.

The poster is devoted to the most effective measures to protect the company and the workforce, and to manage the business family.
