Family entrepreneurs as external advisory council – Witten Institute for Family Business (WIFU) has published the 26th volume in the “WIFU Publication Series” by Otto Obermaier on this subject. As a rule, family businesses can freely decide on the nature, composition and form of their advisory or supervisory board structures. A look into the field shows that family entrepreneurs are happy to see other family entrepreneurs in corresponding committees and thus often combine concrete wishes, expectations and hopes.
